My professional experiences include serveral years of support for both Voice and Data networks as well as Desktop support. I also have over 20 years of Voice and Data administration and support.As an IT professional I have worked in multiple support roles. Some of my roles allowed me a wide variety experiences. As a Desktop/Helpdesk Support Analyst I was team lead on multiple application roll outs, as well as a desktop migrations from windows to XP/windows 7. In my multiple Telecommunications Analyst/Engineer roles I gained immense knowledge of Voice and Data network design and support. I have worked on several projects that required both new installation and upgrade of voice and data equipment including but not limited to TDM and VOIP PBX systems, network switches, routers and application servers.
