I’m a Mechanical & Systems Engineer evolving into technical program leadership within complex, mission-driven environments.My career began in deep technical structural analysis supporting U.S. Navy submarine and UUV programs. Over time, I’ve increasingly operated at the intersection of engineering execution and program strategy - breaking down ambiguous requirements into structured work plans, aligning cross-functional teams, managing technical risk, and ensuring deliverables connect back to the greater mission.I enjoy taking large, multi-year efforts and decomposing them into clear workstreams with defined milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes. Whether authoring design standards, leading modeling & simulation initiatives, or onboarding new engineers into active programs, I focus on clarity, accountability, and stakeholder alignment.My systems engineering background has strengthened my ability to think beyond a single model or analysis - considering cost, schedule, risk, safety, and long-term sustainability in every decision. I believe strong programs are built on both technical rigor and intentional leadership.At my core, I operate with a people-first mindset.
