   Provide general oversight of the Accounts Payable process under the direction of the Corporate Controller, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with GAAP. Close the AP subledger monthly to guarantee timely, complete, and accurate reportingfor financial close. Manage third-party BPO partner performance, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and SLAs are met. Investigate and resolve parked/blocked invoices by collaborating with end users to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues. Monitor and reconcile key supplier account statements, maintain strong vendor relationships, and ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payments. Partner with Finance and IT to onboard suppliers onto EDI invoicing platforms and evaluate additional automation opportunities for greater efficiency. Review invoices for PO matching (3-way match) and process non-PO invoices, ensuring proper coding, approval, and payment tracking. Approve cash disbursements and coordinate with Treasury to confirm cash availability and payment scheduling. Ensure proper execution of internal controls for all disbursements, including off-system direct payments for taxes, utilities, and other charges. Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and business partners to improve SAP utilization, streamline workflows, and enforce compliance with purchasing policies. Partner with Tax Director to support federal and state tax estimates, extensions, SALT filings, and annual 1099 preparation.
