Utilize my strong background in sports coaching and athletics to foster the physical and personal development of young athletes. Create a guideline of basic physical fitness, self awareness, confidence, balance and focus. Promote teamwork, togetherness and appreciation of the applied sport so the athlete and student athlete can discover his or her athletic prowess. Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the athletes in various sports. Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on skill development, strategy, and raising ones physical conditioning. Monitor and chart athletes performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and coordination. Promote positive behavior management and listening/attentiveness so as to encourage teamwork and sportsmanship among participants. Organize and lead competitions, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed during drills and events. Collaborate with other coaches and staff leads to create a comprehensive athletic program that meets the needs of all participants. Maintain a safe training environment by adhering to institutions\' standards and regulations. Engage with school administrators, parents and guardians regarding athletes\' progress and program updates. Utilize proven teaching, motivational and inspirational techniques learned and tutored in tennis, basketball, martial arts, running, golf, surfing, skiing, cycling and working in sports (i.e. MLB, Dodgers, etc.).
