WORK EXPERIENCEPresident & CEO - Before founding KomBea Mr. Coombs served as the EVP, Business Development / Strategic Initiatives for FirstSource one of India\'s largest BPO outsourcers. Before joining FirstSource Art was CEO and founder of Echopass Corporation, which built the world\'s premier contact center hosting environment. Previously, he served as CEO of Sento Corp. Prior to joining Sento\'s management team, Art served as Managing Director and Vice President, European Business Development for Sykes Enterprises. Art is a widely published author of BPO/Contact Centers, outsourcing and technical support methodologies. He is a recognized speaker at Support Center conferences. In addition, Art worked for organizations such as Hewlett-Packard, VLSI Research and RasterOps.SPECIALTIESOver the past 25 years Art has worked extensively with many global firms and their call/BPO centers located all over the world. Most of these efforts have been in concert with their in-house support teams as well as their onshore, near-shore and offshore outsourcing partner/s.    years ago, I gave a presentation in Paris, France, on leadership. Since then, I have been asked to present at numerous conferences, sales meetings, and company events all over the globe. While I still act as CEO for KomBea Corp, I enjoy teaching others about the differences between management and leadership. While being a motivational speaker is not a full-time gig, I am passionate about the message and helping others become effective leaders. I do this with poignant, true-life stories I draw from my own failures, weaknesses, and successes.
