Served as project manager for generation and T&D projects within PMO o Managed successfully complex generation, substation, transmission and distribution projects including development, permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout. o Led efforts to develop specifications and prepare request for proposals (RFPs) and evaluated bids o Developed overall project plan including schedule, cost baseline, dependencies, roles and resources required, and actively identified, communicated and managed risks associated with project. o Established formal process to monitor project activities and identify variances relative to baseline and define actions to address o Major projects include the following Carty and Boardman separation • PSES mechanical, electrical, controls scope including installing septic system • T&D scope including upgrading existing substation by utilizing existing transformer • Comm scope • Other disciplines included PSES mechanical, civil, controls and other PRC • Upgraded relay and other components to meet NERC reliability standard in regard to managing Bulk Electric System disturbances Kelley point reconfiguration • Upgraded system equipment as needed to address breakers that were under capacity Relay upgrades at Brightwood • Upgraded relays to allow for remote access
