I have more than 13 years of professional experience in water civil engineering, Geographical information systems and remote sensing.Since I started to work with GIS software and its applications and have used them in hydropower site selection,water resource management, hydrology and meteorology studies, I could find new methodology for pump storage site selection by using geographic information systems,(GIS,GIS engine, c# and VB.net) i have used it for eight basins in IRAN( karoon river basin, karkhe basin,Isfahan province, Oromiyeh lake basin and some other areas), I could develope this method by creating a software based on Arcgis and Arc engine applications.I was the leader of a group of professional experts in Behan Sadd Consulting engineers and work to design DSS (decision support systems) system by using GIS-MODSIM-VENSIM softwares in order to help managers to make appropriate decision based on the IWRM(integrated water resource management) and optimize them in 4 river basins in south west of IRAN (KARKHE – KAROON – MARZI and ZOHRE’S basins) About six years ago I started to work with YEKOM consulting engineers in the design of GOLBAHAR dam in north of KABUL Afghanistan, at that time I was the leader of GIS and RS(remote sending) experts group who produce maps by use of GEOEYE1 and IKONOS stereo satellite images for Golbahar Dam in Afghanistan (financed by IBRD).Now I am acting as a civil design engineer at TOAL engineering to design grading, drainage, erosion control, water quality management plan and hydrology studies for residential and commercial building.
