Lead global Analyst and Solutions teams for Google’s Authorized Buyers (fka AdX) and Open Bidding businesses. Directly manage team of 4 analysts and 2 solutions specialists in Americas and indirectly manage additional 1 analyst in EMEA. I also indirectly manage our Operations team for both businesses. My Analyst team acts as data-driven consultants, providing insights on opportunities and risks across the Programmatic Advertising market and broader Advertising market to our external customers, such as Demand Side Platforms, Supply Side Platforms and Ad Agencies. We create hundreds of custom analyses per year, aimed at illustrating how our customers can drive more value to their businesses through intelligent buying of advertising inventory. We own all product analysis, internal reporting and business intelligence for the Authorized Buyers and Open Bidding businesses. We publish quarterly “Programmatic Market Insights Reports” with comprehensive analysis of trends and predictions for coming months, which are circulated to hundreds of internal and external customers. My Solutions team commercializes our Video/CTV and App opportunities through development of cross-functional strategy papers, sales collateral and external partnerships. We also own feedback collection for our products and features in these areas and partner closely with PM on the development and prioritization of feature requests needed to drive growth.
