About Art Mullen
Psalm 25:4-5 “Make your ways known to me, O Lord, and teach me your paths. Lead me in your truth and teach me because you are God, my savior. I wait all day long for you.” AmenAccomplished collaborator; Environmental, Health, Safety & Security & Sustainability Leader; MWD Drilling Engineer on on- and offshore rigs & platforms, Facilities/Maintenance Engineer; and CapEx Projects Engineer with forty-plus (40+) years of diverse domestic and international EHS/Engineering experience. Broad technical background complemented by the ability to lead by inclusion at all functional levels in a matrix organization, mentoring and building people skill sets, and achieving safety & health transformational excellence across the site. Expert in managing Impact, Enablon, and Gensuite EHS tools. Excel in turning around sub-par safety performance and driving continuous improvement (e.g, best practices - OSHA VPP Star, BBS culture, Stop for Safety, ISNetworld/Avetta Contractor Safety) by building enthusiasm, trust and employee involvement on safety & health teams - having fun, celebrating key milestones, empowering employees to stand-down in unsafe situations and providing resources to drive positive and value-added change.I stand with President Trump’s strategic initiative of “Drill, baby, Drill.” Support opening deep water exploration & production; open up Alaska’s oil rich reserves; LNG facility expansion; increase pipeline capacity (including nitrogen & carbon dioxide); carbon sequestration; Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC diesel manufacturing for Dept. of War); anthracite/bituminous coal production; fracking; oil shale development; and investing in secondary (water flooding) & tertiary (gas injection) recovery of trapped oil in non-economical fields. Let’s be the world’s #1 energy leader & exporter of crude oil and LNG! Re-supply U.S. Strategic Oil Reserve with cheap oil. Must balance U.S. energy expansion with environmental stewardship by protecting our air, water and land resources. Strategy will lower U.S. inflation rate and permit us to pay down our National Debt (includes leveling of tariffs). Make America Great, Safe, Prosperous & Healthy Again!
