   I report to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Corporate Counsel. I am responsible for the development and implementation of the Loss Prevention, Safety and Hazardous Material Programs. The Lovesac Corporation did not have a Loss Protection, Safety and Hazardous Material Programs. I created the Loss Prevention and Safety Programs including the Fleet safety programs in their entirety including The Internal and External Investigations Program, Field and Corporate Loss Prevention Policies and Procedure, Damaged Policy, Inventory Management Policy, Refund Policy, Risk Management, Active Shooter, Emergency Preparedness Plan, HazMat Policy, Injury and Illness Prevention Plan, etc. Managed through the Financial P&L reports to determine which areas of the business needs my attention. Conduct shrink and safety analysis to formulate the programs to reduce Shrink and Safety Incidents (GL & WC). Created Exception Based Reports to determine market trends indicating the frequency and financial impact resulting from Internal, External or Operational Shrink. Provide risk analysis and feedback to business partners when new or pilot programs are being rolled out to ensure they would not have a negative impact to the customer shopping experience. Developed training programs for ALL associates on The Loss Prevention and Safety, HazMat Programs including Active Shooter, Injury and Illness Prevention Program. Work closely with the Chief Operational Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources Partners to implement the programs. Complete comprehensive analysis on all Merchandise Divisions to determine which had the highest frequency of Shrink and determine what the main causes were and developed programs to eliminate the shrink and prevent loss of sales. I created the Safety program for all the Warehouses and Distribution Centers. Worked Cross Functional to make sure that all areas of the business were informed and that the programs reflected the company vision.
