Practical knowledge & experience in chemical reactions engineering, spray drying, distillation, stage gate process, technology transfer, new product introduction (NPI), KPI\'s, fragrance encapsulation, process validation, management of change (MOC), developing process flow diagrams (PFD) and developing piping & instrumentation diagrams (P & ID).
