Led a team of 20 developers and involved heavily with the Business Team to meet their expectations and provide them the technical limitations of the existing BMO platform and suggest alternatives architectural design.• Successfully delivered Mutual Fund Project that required seamless integration with another application involving Single Sign on Process.• Communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and interface groups.• Manage team of 10 developer including tasking management and code reviews• Production support and manage the maintenance releases.• Guide the Development team to solve a critical bug in the code to meet the production deadline. • Solved production issue where application needed multiple starts to work properly. This was a multi-thread issue.• Find memory leaks in the existing application to meet the production dead line. I used YourKit and Grinder to find the issue.• Saved thousands of dollars by implementing the code to by pass HIF and OCIF to overcome the limitation that prevents the performance testing.
