Driven and resilient property professional with a positive attitude and over eight years of experience in the areas of land acquisition and property development, with a breadth of experience gained in the care sector, the out of home advertising market and compulsory purchase for a large public body.Superior negotiator and communicator appointed to present value of company’s services to senior executives locally and abroad. In my previous roles role, I have been responsible for the delivery of projects from initial site identification, through site assembly, acquisition, feasibility, design and internal board approval process to exchange of contracts. Support of planning team in securing a satisfactory planning permission. Supporting the Regional Directors in managing projects to time and budget, and the wider development team in negotiating the sales/leasing of projects to end users. • National site identification and ensuring a flowing pipeline of sites into the business• Carrying out all necessary due diligence upon identifying sites, including presenting to the wider development team, planning and legal due diligence and carrying out of detailed development appraisals • Management of all consultant and legal process required to complete acquisition• Development of the wider acquisition strategy
