Product Strategy & Execution: Led the launch of a subscription product for premium insurance that provided additional revenue streams through post-purchase data analysis on a major B2C e-commerce platform. A/B Testing & Optimisation: The introduction of a new membership program was the main reason why we were able to double customer repeat business within a short period of time. Also, we employed A/B testing frameworks to quickly decide which product bundles to implement from the tested ones. Customer Journey Funnel Analysis: The redesign of the checkout process, which resulted in an increase in the conversion rate due to the reduction of abandonments at drop-off points, was done under my supervision as a result of a detailed user funnel analysis. Business Intelligence & Efficiency: Developed and rolled out a Tableau self-service dashboard for business-to-business (B2B) clients that vastly facilitated data democratisation and lowered the number of ad hoc reporting requests.
