ABOUT ARSHPREET KAUR SARAN

Arsh graduated with an LLB (Hons) from Aberystwyth University, Wales, U.K. before she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. The multidisciplinary exposure gained during her practice in top firms in Malaysia (recognized by Chambers Asia Pacific and Legal 500 Asia Pacific) in the corporate and dispute resolution department has given her a unique advantage at being able to approach any issue at hand with a broader perspective. Arsh has handled an extensive range of multinational corporate and commercial transactions across various industries, including technology, digital media, e-commerce, FinTech, advertising, FMCG, music & entertainment, healthcare, biotech and manufacturing. She also provides in-house training for commercial clients and other HR professionals on a range of legal issues. While Arsh’s primary areas of practice are (1) corporate and commercial law,(2) fintech laws and regulations and (3) industrial relations and employment law, she has also defended clients against allegations of criminality, whether in respect of minor offences to complex white-collar crimes. Arsh now acts as a corporate counsel to an Australian public company; which is a multinational digital media, human experience, coaching & leadership, and technology consulting group with local bases in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Auckland, Middle East, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, and Hong Kong. She oversees the group\'s mergers and acquisitions activities alongside the Group CEO and Group CFO, and manages all legal matters for the group of companies, which deliver core services such as customer research, data and analytics, creative advertising, brand strategy, experience design, software development, cloud services, artificial intelligence, organizational design, and change leadership. While she acts as gatekeeper for the ASX listed company in Australia, on a personal level, Arsh is passionate about working with non-profit organizations supporting marginalized women in Malaysia, supporting charities for orphans in Asia and heavily networking with women in leadership with the goal to bring about more women in leadership positions in North America.
