Some work in evaluation.I work where all three collide.I\'m an AI/ML Lead, Researcher, and Evaluator working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, public systems, and human outcomes. My work spans governments, institutions, educational ecosystems, and development organisations wherever data can drive better decisions and AI can be applied responsibly.What I actually do:I design and deploy AI/ML systems, build data infrastructure at scale, and lead evaluation frameworks that help organisations move from gut-feeling to evidence. I\'ve worked across sectors from large-scale education programmes serving learners globally, to public governance systems, to international evaluation networks.Where I operate:I sit at the intersection of technical depth and strategic leadership. I can build the model and brief the policymaker. I can run the evaluation and train the team. That rare combination is what I bring to every engagement.Governance & Leadership:I serve on the Board of Directors at the Asian Pacific Evaluation Association (APEA) and the International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation (IOCE), and co-lead EvalYouth India contributing to global conversations on evaluation standards, AI governance, and evidence-based policy.My evaluation training includes IPDET at the University of Bern, a World Bank–sponsored programme considered among the most rigorous in the field internationally.Who I work with & for- Policymakers & Governments looking to embed AI and evidence into public systems- NGOs & Development Organisations seeking responsible AI adoption or M&E capacity building- Academic & Research Institutions working on AI, data, and governance- Recruiters & Organisations building high-impact AI/ML and policy teams- Funders & Foundations wanting to invest in accountable, data-driven programmesI also train and build capacity in organisations on AI literacy, evaluation frameworks, and data-driven decision making translating complex technical concepts into language that leaders, teams, and communities can actually use.Beyond the work I\'m a poet.
