Reporting to a Team Manager within the National Office Specialized Home Financing team and providing support to Sales Channel and Credit Centre in all areas of document compliance and verification.Providing operational support to the Sales Channel and Credit Underwriting function including submission quality and document compliance with a Customer Centric mindset.Support Sales Channel by reviewing / updating / and analyzing all credit documentation for accuracy and adherence to all regulatory requirements.Accountable for completing a range of responsibilities associated with Real Estate Secured Lending products, involving single to multiple steps across several systems and applications.Working with complete due diligence, following the company guidelines, policies and procedures and review the Real Estate Secured Lending applications based on submission policy to follow. In depth and detailed compliance review, paying attention to detail, review on deals submitted under Equity lending guidelines, professional lending program, New to Canada, Progress Advance, Mobile Homes, Insured Deals, CLIP mortgages, Multi rental / Investment profile and Builder Single Advance.Multitasking and taking ownership for rush requests for deals with deadlines for COF and Closing date, Refinancing mortgages/HELOCS/ OFI Refinances.Reviewing POA deals, cottage purchase and second home financing.
