   Architected, developed backend on AWS using the Serverless architecture enabling an increase of user base by more than 500% to 35+ countries in 5 continents.2. Directed the move to use of maps for data entry reducing time to add a new golf course from 15 minutes to 0.15 seconds. Subsequently implemented a course mapping system increasing our available golf courses count in the app by 50x in a period of 2.5 months.3. Architected and developed the data entry feature on iOS and backend including features like auto detection of hole shapes/bunkers/sides/regions, dogleg distances calculation and more, building a data entry system with up to 10 additional data points than competitors in 10% the data entry time. Some of the concepts used here were hash maps, Pythagoras theorem, perpendicular dissection theorem.4. Architected and developed the data analysis feature on iOS and backend including features like custom circular charts, local filters, globals filters, performant comparison views and more, building an analysis system with at least 15 more metrics of stats breakdown yet is performant, easy to understand and intuitive for the users. Some of the concepts used here are hash maps, custom caching, background data preparation and prefetching.5. Supervised app analytics, metrics and user behaviours. Hired, lead and managed a core in-house team of 3 engineers (and multiple freelancers) in development of new features, POCs, as well as more than three iterations of Upgame app within two years making improvements on UX and functionality with each iteration thereby improving adoption and retention by an average of 15 - 20% per iteration. Recently, increased the in-house dev team size to 7.7. Managed users and stakeholder expectations, worked closely with sales and marketing teams to help streamline admin, sales and marketing ops.8. Vetted, structured and executed tech partnerships as well as directed and monitored business progress and growth.
