As a Kids Coach at Goals Ltd, I take on a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of football kids parties and effectively managing them via mini - big games, gift presentations and ensuring they are provided with food and drinks. Working during the week and weekends, I thrive in creating an enjoyable and competitive environment for young aspiring players.Key Responsibilities: Officiating football matches with fairness, precision, and adherence to rules, promoting sportsmanship among young players. Coordinating schedules and ensuring efficient time management for game time, lunch time and presentations. Providing coaching and guidance to players, fostering skill development and teamwork. Managing administrative tasks, including record-keeping, team communication, and equipment maintenance. Demonstrating excellent communicatio skills to children from ages 4 and above, via techniques such as name learning and attention to details to maintain a positive and spirited atmosphere on and off the field. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all participants.With a passion for football and a commitment to upholding the values of fair play, I find immense fulfillment in my role at Goals Ltd, contributing to the enjoyment and success of every match and team I oversee. This has been shown in the increase of reviews each branch (Reading, Wimbledon, Sutton) that I have worked at which I will present below.
