   Bizfin at Fi currently revolves around growth discipline. Co-designed the acquisition economics structure for the TAM channel, putting a clearer lens on CAC and campaign efficiency at scale. Led a reset of the rewards liability by tightening eligibility logic and reducing exposure materially. A large part of the role has been turning financial analysis into decision systems that product and business teams can use on a self-serve basis.
