Resolving query and providing solution for complex situations (for internal member of designated team as well as to 3rd party client i.e. Broker, Loan officer, Borrower). Gathering & defining business requirements while managing the risks to improve business processes, thereby contributing to enterprise architecture development from a business needs point of view through business analysis & map processes. Monitoring and controlling of all processes to ensure complete adherence to company guidelines on products, Credit Assessment, Risk, etc.
