I am a Litigation & Dispute Resolution Attorney with experience across commercial litigation, international arbitration, regulatory disputes, and white-collar investigations. I have worked on high-stakes matters spanning infrastructure, EPC contracts, construction disputes, energy projects, and constitutional & commercial regulatory litigation.My experience includes SIAC, ICC, LCIA and ad hoc arbitrations, alongside extensive work before the Delhi High Court, Supreme Court, NCLT/NCLAT, and other tribunals. I regularly draft and review complex pleadings—Statements of Claim, Rejoinders, Replies to Counterclaims, evidence affidavits, Section 11 petitions, Section 34 challenges, revision petitions, and settlement enforcement applications.I have independently handled procedural strategy, limitation objections, tribunal-competence challenges, discovery coordination, expert briefing, interim relief strategy, claim computation, and enforcement issues. My work spans commercial, infrastructure, energy, highways, and concession agreement disputes.I am also deeply engaged in international arbitration academia, recognized as a Top 10 global speaker at the Willem C.
