I am a systems thinker and a people person with a charismatic leadership style. I currently work at Salesforce, working in the Lead to Cash (L2C) Team within PMO. I have led projects such as Content Migration from a 3rd Party Platform into Salesforce Data Cloud. I set the vision for a distributed content platform powered by Data Cloud and to be discovered in Slack Search and AI Agents, enabling Content Governance and enhanced Agent Performance. I also co-lead the Content Quality Score (CQS) framework, which introduces quality measurement for sales content to improve accuracy and adoption. In parallel, I redesigned our UAT process for Lead to Cash Agentforce, creating a set of objective metrics for a subjective AI UAT Process, that resulted in 100% stakeholder adoption. Before Salesforce, I was an entrepreneur launching Baskyt - a food & grocery delivery service in Pakistan and the USA while also working as Product Manager for another software firm. At Baskyt, I led various Data Challenges that we faced, resulting in optimized Product Recommendations to customers, setting up a Service Quality Score for delivery personnel and enhancing product discovery through personalized customer experiences in Baskyt\'s mobile app. I also led product ideation and implementation of Talent Management & Culture mobile/web apps for enterprises. I am a Renaissance fan due to my love for creativity. I see work as art, and hence, work should always have depth and meaning to it
