ABOUT ARSALAN M.
I recently completed my MSc in Aviation Management at Teesside University with a distinction. I currently support flight coordination and ground activities at Civil Air Support, gaining practical experience in ground operations and logistics. Before this, I led operational teams at Amazon, focusing on workflow accuracy and safety, and spent time with engineers at a leading aerospace manufacturing company, HAL, to support small process improvements.My interest in aviation started during my internship at HAL, where I saw how different teams and processes come together to get an aircraft from design to delivery. That experience, along with my dissertation on UK ATC staffing, helped me understand how strongly each part of the industry depends on the others. I’m looking for entry-level opportunities in airline or airport operations, including roles in flight operations, operational control, crew planning or airfield and ground operations. Over the long term, I see myself progressing into broader operations management, where I can help teams deliver safe, smooth and reliable operations.
