ABOUT ARSALAN KHAN
A few years ago, I was preparing for a career in healthcare, now I\'m building a career in business. I’m an Ivey Digital Management graduate student with a background in Health Sciences, driven by a desire to make complex systems more human and intuitive, especially in healthcare and finance. My interest in organizational change began during a hospital internship, where I worked with clinical leaders to launch new digital tools in a highly regulated environment. Around the same time, I experienced first-hand how much friction the healthcare system can create for patients and families, and how meaningful change often needs to happen at the system level not just at the point of care. Since then, I’ve worked on digital strategy at CIBC, marketing and event execution at my University Students’ Council, and internal transformation projects in healthcare. In each role, I’ve focused on translating complexity into clarity, building strong relationships, and creating work that lasts. Outside of work, I’m a fan of tactical sports like soccer and F1, and I find unwind through physical activity and photography. I’m now looking for opportunities in consulting or strategy where I can help organizations solve real problems and move with purpose.
