Enterprise Security Executive - Regional Lead @Microsoft

At Microsoft, I lead cyber security sales into Enterprise Public Sector by advising customers on their cyber maturity and how they can improve with Microsoft cyber security solutions. The role involves: 1. Cyber security solution with value-based selling from qualification to close across Microsoft 365 E3 and E5 enterprise license agreements and Azure cloud IaaS/PaaS month-on-month consumption. In my first year, I added 17 new Microsoft Azure Security (SIEM, SOAR, SOC, CSPM, CWP, CNAPP) customers resulting in over £1.7m Azure Consumed Revenue, including managed SOC services capabilities delivered by Microsoft cyber partners. I also upsold E5 license cyber security capabilities (XDR, EDR, SSE, DLP) to 7 x E3 customers resulting in £32.8m revenue. This resulted in a 142% sales achievement in my first financial year at Microsoft. In my second year, I grew Azure business by 46%; achieving 166% sales achievement and expanded my knowledge with AI infused cybersecurity (ChatGPT / GPT4 / OpenAI). Collaborating across multiple Microsoft stakeholders and teams to develop strategic account plans, priority initiatives, and deployment and adoption roadmaps to deepen customer-vendor partnerships. Developing go-to-market cyber strategies and selling motions with trusted Microsoft Gold partners in M365 and Azure. For example, with one partner, Azure Firewall has now displaced a competitor cloud firewall for all new Azure deployments resulting in an additional £52k of Azure Consumed Revenue per customer.
