It\'s nice to meet you.I am passionate about supporting customers and providing them with the best possible experience with regards to the delivery of their Parcels and Mail, in turn enabling them to focus on what makes their business successful.My extensive background in Customer Services and Account Management has taught me the importance of providing a consistent level of service, coupled with an open and genuine business relationship. I work with customers in a collaborative manner, looking to understand their requirements and work together to find solutions. In my current role as Manager of the Telesales teams at Whistl, I support prospective customers, ensuring they have access to the optimal solution for their deliveries.Outside of work - name a sport and I probably watch it and/or (try to!) play it. I enjoy spending time with my family and getting outdoors as much as possible.
