Ability to take SoW and user stories and evolve them through scenario creation to completion and live deployments. Defect management logging and monitoring. Being responsible for multiple projects from POC to completion. Responsible for the output of 3 Digital testers and management of documentation through Zephyr, Confluence, Jira, Assist, Office and SharePoint, as well as numerous other test related systems. Increasing the size and scope of the Testing team within LNER as a business.
