With over 7 years of experience in project management, I am a passionate and skilled professional who strives to improve healthcare processes and outcomes. I work with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate complex and high-impact projects that support the strategic goals and vision of the organization. Some of the projects I have contributed to include implementing electronic health records, enhancing patient safety and quality, and optimizing operational efficiency and performance. I also leverage my expertise in healthcare leadership and policy, as well as my doctoral studies in human organizational learning, to provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to staff and stakeholders, and to foster a culture of learning and innovation. I also served as a Program Director/Healthcare Consultant where I provided consulting services and solutions to various healthcare organizations and clients, such as hospitals, clinics, and insurance companies. I have multiple certifications in performance consulting, situational leadership, and virtual classroom facilitation, and I possess strong skills in manufacturing process improvement and electronic health records. I am driven by the mission of delivering high-quality and accessible healthcare to diverse populations, and I am always eager to learn new skills and perspectives that can enhance my effectiveness and impact as a project manager and a healthcare leader.
