With over 26 years of global experience, I specialize in complex contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and innovative infrastructure project delivery models, including Progressive Design-Build and Public-Private Partnerships.At Axiom, I’ve led the development of customized procurement frameworks and provided commercial advisory services on major projects like Sound Transit’s $2 billion Operations and Maintenance Facility South, creating tailored Design-Build documentation to meet affordability and schedule targets. As Chief Project Counsel for the $6.9 billion Gordie Howe International Bridge project, I managed all legal and contractual matters related to the design and construction, ensuring compliance, resolving claims, and coordinating with government stakeholders.Previously, I supported financial close for $15 billion+ in infrastructure projects at SNC-Lavalin for some of the largest infrastructure projects in the world, including rail, bridges, ports, highways, water, wastewater, district cooling plants, oil and gas, nuclear, renewables, and mining projects in Canada, the US, Australia, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
