ABOUT ARRANDEEP KONKON

Experienced Pharmacist who was worked in a variety of different roles and sectors within Pharmacy. This includes, Community, Hospital outpatients, Mental Health Pharmacy and Prison. During my years of experience I have also covered a variety of roles including various management positions including, Pharmacy manager, Area manager and Operations manager roles. I have also worked as a Pharmacy Superintendent and Responsible Person for Wholesale distribution sites. Whilst working within these roles I have been able to gain an in depth understanding of the NHS whilst working with key stakeholders and have honed my business and financial skills working within budgets and regularly assuring my teams are performing by meeting KPIs. I have experience in developing staff members to ensure they fulfil their potential and can develop as individuals and professionals. I am a strong and effective communicator and pride myself on my excellent leadership and clinical skills. I also have an in depth understanding of the ABPI code of practice and am also a qualified prescriber. Currently working as Community Pharmacy Clinical lead for Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated care board (ICB). This entails working closely with key stakeholders including Community Pharmacies, General Practices and Hospitals to ensure integrated working and utilisation of community pharmacy teams.
