Aptia acquired Mercer’s pension administration business. As the Recruitment Coordinator for Aptia’s First Contact Team, I manage the department\'s headcount and proactively identify staffing needs. My responsibilities include planning and organizing interviews, coordinating hardware and software requests, and ensuring candidates are fully prepared for their start dates. This role demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless onboarding. In addition to my core responsibilities, I collaborate closely with the Operations Leader on reporting and analysis related to headcount, attrition, recruitment, and exit interviews. I also contribute to strategic planning initiatives. Furthermore, I work alongside the Change and Transformation team to implement new tools and analyse current processes, including establishing a partnership with a third-party contractor to enhance the First Contact Team\'s efficiency. I have also deputised for my Line Manager on a number of occasions, managing my workload to oversee the Quality Assurance and Senior Agent teams.
