About Arpit Jain
As the Director of Innovation at P&G, I lead the vGROW program, which aims to collaborate with startups, suppliers, and entrepreneurs to create value for the company and its consumers. I am also responsible for the go-to-market purchase and contract manufacturing for the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions, overseeing a diverse and complex portfolio of products and services. With over 13 years of global supply experience in consumer goods, I have developed and executed strategies for procurement, manufacturing, and project management across multiple industries and disciplines. I have successfully delivered breakthrough projects, such as the SKII innovation in Japan, which earned me the CEO Award in 2018. I have also organized hackathons for robotics and AI, and led logistics transformation initiatives for warehousing and customization centers. I am passionate about leveraging my Master\'s degree in Supply Chain Management and my skills in relationship management, supplier management, contract negotiations, cross-functional team leadership, and continuous improvement to drive innovation and supply excellence at P&G.
