I am a huge people-person and spent a couple of years working on People Management, but a few years ago when out from college, the theories around inspired me to get into Human Resources, and I loved it! There is nothing greater than finding yourself being empathetic and addressing People issues and I feel lucky to be a part of this opportunity. When I\'m not working, I am usually by myself, finding myself *sigh*, surfing web, watching movies and yeah, mainly shopping. I am very much an ankle biter, love to cook, foodie, watch kids play out in the ground, and travel whenever my heart and mind decides to.I love meeting new people and learning new things such as culture, food habits, so, happy to tap on the moment to share my experiences and cheers to many more ones ahead.Professional Experience: Starting from my short Internships, I worked in the field on Recruitment. It involved activities such as Job requirement gathering, finding job posting platforms, negotiating commercials, cold calling and all the candidate hiring process activities.Then I realized Recruiting was not my forte and moved into system Recruitment at Time Inc. handling back end activities over the ERP tool called Workday and additionally doubled up the role to be a HR business Partner for the Finance wing. Thanks to this very first great opportunity to feel the pulse of the employees on the other side.Currently certified in Workday HCM, Recruiting moduleand have experience in implementing the ERP platform specific to Recruiting module and assisted clients to support the ERP further.
