Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT BHU, Varanasi in 2015.My primary interests include Thermal and fluid engineering, music, reading, studying about the universe and watching football. Working as the SUIT and CM manager has given me a plethora of opportunities to understand the inner machinations of the overall IC business.Some keystone projects include, consolidating smaller CM sites into a bigger one to get leverage of scale, setting up the first manufacturing capability for Magnum & Twister in India and setting up the first EOL automation in an IC CM in India. The most prominent impact is a NMSCC saving of approx. € 1.1 million and a CC reduction by 10%.I have also created a fully optimised long-term SC sourcing strategy for least distance travelled and least make cost.I have also gained tremendous know-how in managing innovation networks and successfully landed 20 innovations in a span of 2 months, each with its own caveat and complexity.
