Hey there! I\'m Arpita, a 20 year old, pursuing my bachelor of computer science engineering, doing content writing, finding efficacious patterns for HR, paving my way to Indian Air force and experimenting and learning every little thing in between. A few quick things about me: I have always loved everything from debate to dancing. And hence carrying it forward along with my engineering degree. I am currently exploring C++, DSA and web development along with exploring other technologies to the best of my interests. I\'ve been the Google Crowdsource facilitator \'22. I have been a A grade Certificate holder of AIR NCC. The insight into national matters and defence has always been my passion. Involving and serving it back, engages the major motivating outcomes in my life, focused on personal growth, and positive impact. I have been the former Head of Human Resources at a global organisation for two years where i get to manage and look out for the experience of 120+ students and work with a team of 9 Project managers for the direct curation of the products and departments while making sure to deliver the most fulfilling and learning experience. I love finding patterns and creating strategies to create a long-lasting impact in our world. Lastly, I value growth and fullfillment above all. My values of resilience and empathy stem from my urge to always want to grow. I find myself growing and enjoying in every little thing I do.
