Design and develop firmware applications for lighting and other systems. • Design and develop firmware for fixture controller, smart sensor, switches, and network gateway/router. • Analyze requirements and design and implement firmware for communication between devices using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). • Write design documents for embedded systems. • Design and debug custom electronic circuits to interface between control modules and lighting devices. • Develop, enhance and debug new and existing low-level real-time firmware in embedded C, assembly language, and Python on multiple targets. • Define and perform unit tests and system-level test. Use oscilloscope, multimeter, power supplies to test electronic circuits. • Work closely with engineers, product and project managers, and other users to test and improve the product interface. • Understand, improve, and contribute to all aspects of software development: analysis, development, testing and deployment.
