While working In TCS, I started as an Assistant System Engineer and within 1 year of experience, I got an opportunity to take a test lead position for a team which was really challenging for someone with my level of experience. I took up the challenge and it was also aligning with my plan of career growth towards management. While working in TCS I got exposed to responsibilities that enhanced my communication and leadership skills. Interacting with international clients and managing the team regarding test-related tasks helped me build a strong leadership personality. My work as a test lead was highly appreciated and earned me the star employee of the month position in my team as well.
