About Arpita Sengupta
A B.A.LLB graduate with a practicing career of 6 years currently working as a HRBP with a HR Operation Outsourcing Consultant Firm. The journey from an Advocate to an Hr wasn\'t easy. I started my journey as an EXECUTIVE HR with one of the renowned real-estate marketing company SOMANI REALTORS. Followed by an Esteemed Education Foundation as SENIOR EXECUTIVE HR AND LEGAL AFFAIRS. Currently working closely with IT(Web Development,ERP)and non IT companies (Jewellery, Education, Manufacturing). The journey was undoubtedly a rollercoaster. From Law to HR, I love to challenge myself and i try to fulfill every bit of it. I am versatile and adaptive. Currently dealing with the end-to-end cycle of an employee, Policy making, KRA,KPI, structuring,handling HRMS system, compliance, grievance handling etc.
