I fell into recruitment by accident—but stayed by choice.What started as “just a job” turned into something I truly love: being the bridge between people and possibilities. Over the past 12+ years, I’ve helped early-stage startups hire their very first teams and supported global organizations in scaling across Asia, Europe, and North America.I’ve built recruitment functions from scratch, hired 80+ roles annually, and partnered with founders, VPs, and CXOs to solve ambitious hiring goals. Whether it was filling a niche tech role in 3 days, scaling a 50+ member sales team, or training hiring managers to hire more inclusively—what drives me is building high-trust processes that feel human at every step.My strongest belief?
