Hello Everyone,I am Arpita Padvekar, a hospitality graduate with a strong interest in building my career in Human Resources. Currently, I am working with Symfony Tech Solutions, where I am gaining hands-on experience in recruitment and developing a practical understanding of the hiring process.In my role, I am involved in sourcing candidates, screening and analyzing CVs, understanding job requirements, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
