At JAL, my role in the Learning & Development function allows me to design, manage, and deliver initiatives that directly impact both people and performance. I work closely with leaders and teams to identify skill gaps, curate the right interventions, and ensure learning translates into measurable outcomes.Some of my key contributions include: Leading the rollout of the Self-Awareness – Interview Panel Intervention program, aligning panel members—including senior management—on structured and unbiased recruitment practices. Driving the integration of psychometric tools into our assessment framework, strengthening employee development planning and decision-making. Creating department-specific training roadmaps that balance technical upskilling with behavioral development, ensuring holistic growth. Streamlining the vendor selection and evaluation process by building a reliable consultant database, enabling faster onboarding and consistent training quality. Enhancing training effectiveness by introducing interactive formats, feedback loops, and digital learning elements, resulting in higher engagement and stronger outcomes. Supporting leadership capability-building workshops for managers, helping to prepare the next line of leaders within the organization.Beyond programs and processes, I take pride in fostering a culture of continuous learning, where employees feel motivated to build skills and contribute their best.
