As a Program Officer at Naandi Foundation, I lead the implementation and execution of Project Nanhi Kali, a flagship initiative of K.C. Mahindra focused on empowering girls through education, 21st-century skills training, and sports leadership development. Key Responsibilities:• Strategic Planning & Program Execution – Develop and implement district-specific action plans, monitor key program indicators, and ensure seamless delivery of During School & After School Programs.• 21st-Century Skills Training – Facilitate training in financial literacy, digital proficiency, and life skills to prepare girls for higher education and the workforce.• Sports Leadership Development – Oversee a professionally designed sports education module, promoting fitness, teamwork, and confidence-building among young girls.• Stakeholder & Community Engagement – Collaborate with government officials, school leaders, and community members to strengthen program impact and sustainability.• Resource Distribution & Support – Ensure the distribution of the Nanhi Kali Kit, providing girls with essential school supplies, sports gear, and hygiene materials to support their education with dignity.• Team Management & Financial Oversight – Foster a high-performance culture, optimize budget utilization, and ensure program compliance through structured monitoring and reporting.As Project Nanhi Kali strives to empower one million girls across India, I am committed to driving meaningful change by equipping young girls with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they deserve.
