In my current role as a Social Media Manager at Expedify, I handle end-to-end management of social media for various D2C and lifestyle brands like ITC Aashirvaad Soul Creation, Goodricke Tea, Continental Greenbird, and more.My key responsibilities include:Creating monthly content calendars based on trends, brand goals, and audience preferences.Briefing and coordinating with designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure content is delivered as per schedule and brand tone.Planning and executing campaigns, including festive, product launch, and influencer collaborations.Tracking performance metrics like reach, engagement, follower growth, and using these insights to refine strategy.Managing client communication, including presenting monthly performance reports and recommending growth ideas.Assisting with ORM by monitoring and responding to DMs, comments, and reviews.Occasionally, I also support CRM and performance marketing teams with creative inputs and messaging for ads and emailers.This role has helped me strengthen both my creative and analytical side, while teaching me how to maintain brand voice and deliver consistent, engaging content across platforms.
