ABOUT ARPIT TRIPATHI

I am a dedicated Behavioral Counselor, based in Varanasi UP, with over a decade of experience in fostering social and emotional well-being in educational and corporate environments. Currently leading counseling initiatives at Sunbeam School, Lahartara, Varanasi, I specialize in conducting impactful group sessions and individual counseling sessions. My academic background includes an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology and Counseling and Family Therapy certifications, complemented by a strong foundation in Yoga and Human Consciousness. Throughout my career, I have engaged with over students and educators across various states in India, delivering sessions on stress management, communication skills, child sexual abuse prevention, and more. I have also served as a resource person for CBSE schools and conducted workshops for multinational companies, including Reliance Industries and UPL Limited. With a passion for research, I have presented papers internationally on optimism through meditation. My commitment to enhancing emotional well-being and fostering personal growth through counseling and education continues to drive my professional journey.
