   At Puretech Digital, I lead the creative work across brand storytelling, content and digital campaigns for brands such as HDFC Bank, Bank of Baroda, Kotak, Usha and others. A big part of my role is helping teams turn briefs into clear, engaging ideas, and making sure the work across films, digital and brand communication feels consistent and thoughtfully crafted. I work closely with strategy, accounts and production teams, staying involved from idea to execution rather than handing things off.Equally important to me is how the team works together. I try to lead with trust and clarity, giving people space to think while being available to guide and sharpen the work along the way. I’m actively involved in client conversations and creative pitches, and I spend time defining communication frameworks that help brands grow in a focused, relevant way without losing simplicity or intent.
