Review all work procedures and approved & implemented as per tender & code standards and verify with QCM required. Review the commissioning checklist as per T4S standards. Monitoring the welding activities & maintaining quality as per API 1104 standard & client SOP. Monitor and maintain control records for welding consumables. Review the TCP documents & Monitoring. Inspect pipe fit-up alignment and visual inspection of all welds. Fit-up inspection, welding inspection before during, and after welding. Weld consumable control, final dimensional inspection. Review of isometric drawing & Ensure approved WPS as well as Qualified Welder is available. Ensure that approved WPS, WQT, and EQT are followed, and review the daily inspection reports. Review the material incoming records as per Standards & Tender requirements. Review & witness the Pre & Post Hydro-Testing of the Steel Pipeline. Ensure the inspection of testing equipment with valid calibration. Pipe lowering which includes other operations pipe stringing, welding, holiday testing, joint coating, and backfilling. Verify all the process report on a daily basis and upload work data in QCM on daily basis. Basic knowledge of SAP and work at SAP as End User.
