I build and scale engineering PMOs that deliver complex hardware-software products — from embedded firmware and IoT platforms to cloud infrastructure and customer-facing applications. Over the past 9+ years, I\'ve led cross-functional teams of 20+ engineers across embedded, cloud, and field operations — shipping V2G platforms, managing CEC-funded pilots, and driving multi-region product integrations across the US, EU, and Japan. I\'ve coordinated everything from OCPP/OpenADR protocol compliance to AWS Control Tower migrations that saved $500K+ annually. What I enjoy most is sitting at the intersection of deep technical work and program strategy — translating system-level complexity (BMS, power electronics, DERMS, HIL testing) into clear roadmaps, governance frameworks, and executive reporting that keeps teams aligned and stakeholders confident. Recently, I\'ve been leaning heavily into AI-driven project management — using AI for sprint planning, backlog prioritization, risk analysis, and automated reporting to help lean teams punch well above their weight.
