At Revv, I work closely with operations and business teams and spend most of my time working with data that comes from day-to-day customer and rental operations.I use SQL and Excel to pull and clean data, and Power BI to build dashboards that track key operational metrics like bookings, utilization, cancellations, and turnaround time. These dashboards are used by teams to understand what’s working, what’s not, and where improvements are needed.A big part of my role is turning business questions into clear reports and insights — for example, identifying trends in customer behavior, operational issues, or performance gaps.
