About Arpit Diggi

I’m a senior engineering leader with a track record of building the teams, platforms, and operating models that help organizations improve developer productivity, strengthen quality, and scale execution. My career has spanned developer productivity, quality engineering, release engineering, platform engineering, and technical program leadership. Across each of these areas, my focus has been consistent: strengthen the foundations that help engineering organizations move faster, raise quality, and scale execution with confidence. I’ve found that the most meaningful improvements rarely come from tools alone. They come from aligning strategy, incentives, processes, and teams around a shared outcome. That’s the work I enjoy most: setting direction, building trust across organizations, and translating complexity into execution at scale.Today at Snowflake, I lead teams across AI-powered developer experience, performance tooling, test frameworks, release engineering and release management. Previously, I held leadership roles at Snap and Pinterest across quality, release, localization, client platforms, and engineering productivity. I’m particularly drawn to systemic challenges that require cross-functional leadership, clear prioritization, and durable operational change to improve engineering velocity and quality at scale.
